Not only does Taylor Swift's new song Shake it off  make me want to dance around my living room like I just don't care {literally!}, I'm also calling it out to be the anthem for fearless dream chasers everywhere. Have you seen the film clip?  if not please watch it now so you know what I'm talking about!

So, taking inspiration from Ms Swift + her 'let's get up and dance' lyrics,  here's how you can be fearless + go after what you want - starting now.

#1. Do your thing.

No one does you better than you. We all have something wonderfully unique about ourselves that no one else has, or can do how we do. Ignore what the person next to you is doing and tune into you.

Be intentional with what you want to achieve; remain focused + take the necessary steps to get you there.

#2. Your time is limited. Don't spend it second guessing yourself.

When you value yourself, you begin to value your time and make decisions aligned with the vision you want to create for your life.

I ask you this: would you rather be spending your time doing something that lights you up everyday or something you can barely drag yourself out of bed for?

The only difference between successful people and people less so, is that successful people don't give in to their fears + keep persevering, even in the face of failure.

Dream chaser, feel the fear and do it anyway!

#3. Rise above negativity, drama, gossip + anything else bringing you down.

News flash: not everyone is going to like you and that is ok! Don't make this a reason to put-off/stall/procrastinate what you're here to do. Even though it may not feel like it at times, there is space for you, your gifts and what you create in this world.

There will always be haters + people who think you're crazy trying to bring you down. Your job is to tune out of this 'noise' and focus on what you're here to do.

#4. Don't sweat the small stuff.

It's really easy to spend precious time worrying about pointless things that really don't matter in the long run.

Ask yourself this: does what you're worrying about really matter in the scheme of things? Chances are they don't. Move on.

Today I challenge you to do one thing that you've been thinking about doing but haven't yet done because you've been holding back.
